Dallas Skyline at Night

I was hoping to get a shot with the Winspear Opera House lights turned on, but they didn't turn on while I was waiting. The photo turned out ok, but it'll be a lot better with the glowing red light from the Winspear.

I took this hand-held using a wall as support. This is the image after a crop and some levels adjustments in GIMP. Is it still too dark?
